Online Customer Service
All New World customers have access to MyNewWorld, a highly utilized online support tool. MyNewWorld provides customers with access to product documentation, newsletters, service requests, software suggestions, FAQs and more 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Customers also have the option of reporting issues to New World’s Customer Support Team and tracking the status of previously reported items through Online Issue Tracking and Resolution.
